Initial Vaultwarden Docker setup
Add simplified configuration for Vaultwarden migration:
- Minimal docker-compose.yml with essential settings
- Simple .env.example template
- Concise migration guide (ANLEITUNG.md)
- Repository documentation (CLAUDE.md)
- .gitignore for data protection
